There are three programs through which you can get your PR . They are named
as :
1. FSW
2. CEC
3. FST
Now here a question rises, what exactly are these programs?

requirements.Now this is the point where lot of people get confused.

FSW, CEC and FST programs
They are known as federal high skilled programs. Through them you can get your
PR.
The abbreviation for this term is "Federal Skilled Worker Programs".
It comes with six selection factors to get a PR . The factors are known as:
*Language skills
*Education/ Qualifications
* Work Experience
*Age
* Arranged Employment in Canada
*Adaptability
All these selection points contains a maximum number of points.eg:
*Language 28
* Education Qualifications 25
* Work Experience 15
* Age 12
* AEC 10
* Adaptability 10
Maximum all these points in total are 100. For PR selection you had to get your
score out of these arranged total points regarding your profile. The current
pass mark is 67 points to get your PR
It stands for " Canadian experience class program" . To get your PR
through this specific program, you have to fullfil three main requirements:
* The first requirement is required language level score for IELTS. It depends
upon the type of the job, like skill level A, B and O. It contains reading,
writing, listening and speaking. You have to get a specific IELTS score to fullfil
the criteria of this requirement.
* Second requirement depends upon your work experience for this you must have
at least one year work experience in Canada, in the last three years before
your application. You can meet the requirements
through few alternative paths like : full time at one job ( 30 hours/ weeks
for nearly 12 months , 1,560 hours) which sums up as one whole year, secondly
equal amount in a part time job ( you can work for multiple jobs in this requirement)
and lastly full- time work at more than one job ( 30 hours/ weeks).
* Now if you had followed the criteria of the first requirement, here comes
the second: all the work experience you had gained from Canadian job should
be in authorized and legal manner . Illegal work doesn't count in this requirement.
It is the most commonly used program known as "federal skilled trade program ". In this program only skilled trade people can get PR. Skilled trades are special jobs like chefs, electricians, industrial or constructional workers etc.
It comes with requirements:
1. IELTS exam and minimum score.
2. You must have two years full-time work experience in a skilled trade (mainly in the last five years before application).
3. National occupational classification sets job requirements, you must acquire these requirements.
4. You must have a job offer (from same skilled trade) at least for one year or you must have a certificate from provisional federal authority or territorial authority.
